Terms of Service

These terms apply to Open Circle, a service for finding, joining, and hosting local hacky sack and footbag circles.
Beta and Availability
Open Circle may keep the public map gated while we build enough real hosts, players, and recurring times in each city. Joining the beta or waitlist does not guarantee an invite, a launch date, or local circle availability.
Use of the Service
You are responsible for the content you post and the sessions you host or join. Use accurate event information, respect local laws and park rules, and do not use Open Circle to harass, spam, impersonate, or endanger other people.
Hosting and Attendance
Hosts should publish accurate time, place, capacity, and join-mode details, review requests responsibly, and cancel sessions that cannot happen. Players should keep RSVPs and requests accurate so hosts can plan real circles.
Community Safety
Hosts and participants are responsible for their own safety and conduct at in-person sessions. Meet in public places, use judgment, and report or block accounts that appear abusive or unsafe.
Content and Moderation
We may remove circles, messages, profiles, or accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the community. Reports and moderation actions may be reviewed by authorized moderators.
Availability
Open Circle may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. We provide the service as is and are not liable for missed sessions, cancellations, injuries, or user conduct.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account from the app. Some limited records may be retained when needed for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
